Who is Luca Semprini?

Growing up, the adjective that described me best was naive.

Whatever I did, I acted like there would have been no future consequences, or worse, I thought ‘future me’ would handle it.

When I discovered nutrition and how you can engineer your body through it, I knew I wanted to share it with other people.

I believe with the right drive and efforts anyone can reach their full potential and start a long lasting transformation process.

My core foundations are discipline, a passion for hustling and a consistent longing to reach my goals.

My purpose as a health coach is to take you to where you want to be with your health, relationships and life through guidance tailored on your own personality and needs.

Visualizing the future self you want to achieve, striving for it following a structured plan built for you, and finally conquering your best self are the only steps you need to take for the change to happen.

And I’m here to walk you through the entire process.


In today’s society where everybody rushes, everybody has less and less time to invest into learning and taking care of themselves, I offer you a program that starts with a friendly chat.

The first health session, either face to face or through Skype, will be a way for me to get to know you better, and for you to share anything you want with me.

At the end of the session I will introduce you to the details of the six month program. If you decide to join it, we will strategise together and build a customised program according to your goals and needs.

My main focus on the course won’t be maximizing your results for that limited period, but rather teaching you how to be your own personal coach for life by hammering the foundation of how to become the best version of yourself through simple steps.

During the twelve week program, I will offer you the opportunity of checking your kitchen and showing you which products are hazardous and which one healthy or beneficial for you.

I will also show you how to develop an efficient method to divide anything you buy into these two categories.

I will introduce you to some healthy cooking by showing and teaching you how to experiment in your kitchen with simple ingredients to create healthy and tasty meals and sharing any tool and piece of information beneficial to your transformation with you.
